Plan fee reduced 10% for second and additional family members in a household.

We are proud to offer a 10% discount to first responders (police, fire and EMT), and to veterans and current members of our armed services.

* Family: for up to 2 adults and 2 dependent children in a household. Price for > 2 children on case-by-case basis.

Payments may be made monthly, quarterly, or annually, for your convenience by debit or credit auto withdrawal.
The membership fee may be eligible for HSA, HRA or FSA funds- please check with our tax advisor or plan administrator.
