NuMed Direct Primary Care uses a simple monthly membership model that keeps our patient panel small, allowing for longer visits and direct access to your clinician. Without the limitations of insurance-based care, we are able to focus on thoughtful, relationship-based medicine and a more proactive approach to long-term health and prevention.
Most NuMed members choose this model because they want a clinician who has the time to truly understand their health.
Membership Fees
Adult Membership (18+)
$175 per month
Includes comprehensive primary care, extended visits, and direct access to your clinician.
College / Student (18–22)
$95 per month
Children (0–17)
$65 per month with enrolled parent
$95 per month without parent membership

Family and first responder discounts

Additional adult family members in the same household receive a 10% plan fee discount.

We are proud to offer a 10% discount to first responders (police, fire and EMT), and to veterans and current members of our armed services.

Payments may be made monthly, quarterly, or annually, for your convenience by debit or credit auto withdrawal.
The membership fee may be eligible for HSA, HRA or FSA funds- please check with our tax advisor or plan administrator.
