Additional adult family members in the same household receive a 10% plan fee discount.

We are proud to offer a 10% discount to first responders (police, fire and EMT), and to veterans and current members of our armed services.

Payments may be made monthly, quarterly, or annually, for your convenience by debit or credit auto withdrawal.
The membership fee may be eligible for HSA, HRA or FSA funds- please check with our tax advisor or plan administrator.
